Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and provide support on implementation of strategies and functions.
  • Support and work closely with various business units on HR initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in developing and execute improvement on HR operation processes.
  • Organizes and ensure accuracy of HR data and records.
  • To assist any other ad-hoc human resources matters from time to time.

 

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education: 

  • While a degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred, candidates without this qualification but with relevant work experience will still be considered.
  • Able to multi-task and possess good team spirit.
  • Practice high ethical work confidentiality and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Computer literate and having strong skills in Microsoft Office
