Job Responsibilities

  • Involved in the preparation of Monthly and annual HR statistics reports.
  • An opportunity to gain exposure on immigration matters.
  • Assist to review and update the HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), employee handbook and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • To assist any other ad-hoc human resources matters from time to time.

 

Education and professional skills / knowledge

Experience & Education: 

  • While a degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred, candidates without this qualification but with relevant work experience will still be considered.
  • Someone who is data driven and a knack for numbers and a passion for unravelling insights from reports and analytics.
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, work independently with good team spirit.
  • Practice high ethical work confidentiality and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and having strong skills in Microsoft Office
