EXPERTISE SUMMARY
Seong Yuh started his career in 2007 with BDO. He manages a portfolio of listed and non-listed audit clients and his portfolio of clients include various industries spanning oil and gas operations (both upstream and downstream), publication, automotive industrial products, consumer markets, manufacturing, hospitality, trading, retailing and investment holding companies.
Besides statutory audit, Seong Yuh has also been involved in special assignments including the preparation of accountant’s report, review of prospective and proforma financial information for submission to the relevant authorities for IPOs and other corporate exercises.
Seong Yuh was also seconded to the Houston office of BDO in the USA for 18 months where he was involved in the reviewing of clients’ quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q and 10-K filings) as well as supervising teams responsible for audits in accordance with US GAAP.
