Kok Khiaw started his career at BDO in Malaysia and has more than 12 years’ experience in Audit & Assurance, primarily auditing listed companies in Malaysia.
He is experienced in the statutory audit of various industries in the plantation (both upstream and downstream), manufacturing, trading, retailing, hospitality, property development and construction.
He has also been involved in special assignments, which comprise due diligence, preparation of accountants’ report, as well as reviews of prospective financial information and pro-forma financial information for submission to relevant authorities for corporate exercises, including IPOs.
