Deferment of Small-Value Withholding Tax Payment

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has issued a Media Release on 27 September 2022 announcing that effective from 1 August 2022, payers may defer the remittance of small value withholding tax (WHT) to the IRB on biyearly basis instead of monthly basis, subject to the conditions set out below:
