With our regional presence in ASEAN, BDO was recognised as a pioneer company, the first accounting firm for the MyASEAN Internship programme, an initiative by Talentcorp Malaysia in 2015. With only eight interns in our first year, the rest is history.
Today, BDO is proud to offer BDO-MyASEAN Internships, both outbound and inbound, to Work-Taste-Travel in our offices - Malaysia and Cambodia.
We invite you to join our BDO-MyASEAN Internship programme. Our selection criteria are:
- Malaysian/ASEAN nationals pursuing an accounting degree in Malaysia with an internship period of at least eight (8) weeks, falling within any of these internship periods:
- Malaysia : All year round
- Cambodia : March to April
- Excellent academic track records with a minimum academic requirement of Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) 3.2, 2nd Class Upper, WAM 70%, or equivalent.
- Active in co-curricular activities in school/university, preferably holding leadership positions
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- A people person - able to work independently and in teams
- Analytical, problem solver, resourceful and self-motivated person
